All products are subject to stock-on-hand, however, we do our best to keep products in stock. Orders for out-of-stock products will be placed on backorders for up to three (3) weeks.

Sales Tax:
No sales tax will be assessed on vitamins and Herbs. On all other products a sales tax of 8.25% is charged to all orders that are delivered to Texas residents only.

Pricing:
All prices are in US Dollars. All prices are listed individually with each product and are subject to change without notice.

Payments:
We accept checks, money orders and credit cards (Master, Visa, Discover and American Express). Please make checks or money orders Payable to Virtual Business Place. Shipment of products paid by check will be subject to a 7-day hold for checks to clear.

Refund Policy:
At 100Vitamin.com, your satisfaction is our goal. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15 day, no question-asked, money back guarantee on every item you purchased. We will gladly refund the purchase price for any unopened intact merchandise less original shipping cost. The guarantee period begins when the product is delivered to you. Product must be returned to us before the end of the 15th day. No refund will be given after this time.

For returns you must call us at (281) 500-7070 to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE RMA # IS SHOWN ON THE BOX RETURNING.
